Shane Bowering - Director
Shane brings a wealth of experience and skills
to our company. Shane is a former senior public servant with the
Queensland Government and brings over twenty (20) years of experience
in liaising, consulting, negotiating with and advising members of
the public, industry bodies and public sector employees on Government
strategies and objectives, policies, legislation and processes.
Shane understands the workings of Government having been on the inside
and therefore can provide specialist advice to our clients and direction
to our consultants on how best to achieve their required outcomes.
Shane has significant skills and knowledge relative to the public
transport and trucking sector. He also has significant experience
in reviewing and restructuring business units within Government
Departments and realigning work processes to achieve both productivity
dividends and financial savings.
Sharon Martens - Manager (Financial Services)
Sharon is responsible
for invoicing clients, overseeing the financial performance of the
Company, undertaking financial planning activities, monitoring income
and expenditure, resolving outstanding debts and liaising with clients
regarding financial management issues.
Sharon has vast experience in Financial Services having previously
worked for the Commonwealth Bank for 19 years. She worked in all
areas of the Bank and dealt with a vast array of tasks including
accounts, balancing and Customer Service.
Lisa English - Senior Consultant ,
Brisbane
Lisa is responsible
for servicing the clients of the Redlands and Logan areas of South
East Queensland. Lisa is an experienced education professional who
has worked across State, Catholic and independent sectors and within
State Government Departments. She has coordinated State and Federal
Government project initiatives for State Education and Health Departments
and has been an Executive member of several state and national non-profit
organisations.
Lisa is an experienced public speaker and workshop facilitator who
has presented at numerous national, state and international conferences
on a range of topics in the health education field. She has a broad
base of professional skills relating to project and strategic planning,
grant writing, editing, workshop planning and professional development
activities, resume writing and job application development.
Heidi Shannon - Consultant, Sunshine Coast
Heidi brings a wealth
of business experience to our Company. Heidi has been involved in
managing and running her own small business ventures for a number of
years - primarily in the Ecommerce/Internet environments including
Business Consultancy, Web Construction, Web Development Coaching, Affiliate Marketing and
Importing.
Heidi has specific skills and interest in the problems faced by
small business operators and through her experience is aware of the
issues faced in developing a business venture, preparing marketing
approaches and plans, identifying new services, understanding
business management initiatives and in liaising with Council and
Government Entities. Through her own experience as a successful
Business Consultant and Manager in the Hospitality, Event and Retail
Industries she has undertaken a variety of roles which have seen her
past ventures flourish through careful planning, management and
determination to succeed.
As a result of her diverse career history, Heidi has acquired
many skills including Business and Project Planning, Business
Marketing, Funding, Joint Venture/Partnership Development and
Implementation, Office Management, Web Construction, Service
Optimisation and a real focus on delivering outstanding service to
clients. The business attributes, passion, drive and excellent
communication skills Heidi brings to our team will allow her the
ability to work swiftly in a professional manner whilst keeping the
best interests of clients at heart.
Heidi is based on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland and this gives
us a strong management presence now covering the Sunshine Coast/Wide Bay area of
Southern Queensland.
Libby
Collett - Logan, Consultant
A
qualified journalist, Libby Collett has worked at the highest levels
as a reporter, media advisor and strategist, speechwriter and
Federal Government Advisor, and in the process has created a unique
career that spans all aspects of public relations for both the
public and private sectors.
Born in
Brisbane, Queensland, she studied at the University of Queensland
where she graduated with honours in the twin fields of Journalism
and Political Science. Following graduation, Libby began a career
working for the Commonwealth Government, featuring six years with
the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade including postings to
Nairobi, Kenya; and Perth, Western Australia.
Libby
has also worked in both State and Local Government in a variety of
high level advisory roles advising Ministers, Mayors and senior
public servants on complex and sensitive issues.
These days Libby has been working as a freelance
journalist and researcher and has now joined the Red Tape Busters
team as a Consultant, focusing on sourcing funds for community
groups in her local area. Libby brings a wealth of experience to our
team and clients in the broader Logan area will benefit from her
expertise and enthusiasm.
Amy
Rosanowski - Consultant, Ipswich
Amy joins the Red Tape Busters team after many
years working with State and Federal Government Departments. With
qualifications in the areas of Human Resources, Organisational
Behaviour and Industrial Relations, Amy has significant experience
in both human resource management and general operational management
at very senior levels of Government.
Amy brings with her a wide range of skills and
experience, including strategic and operational planning, project
planning and management, facilitation and change management. Amy
will be valuable in assisting both our commercial and non profit
clients in a wide range of human resource areas such as candidate
attraction, recruitment and selection, workplace health and safety,
learning and development, training and performance management. Amy
will also be invaluable in assisting clients in complying with
legislative requirements and in sourcing and identifying funding
opportunities. Amy understand the workings of Government including
the management of funding programs and as such Amy is ideally placed
to assist our clients.
Amy has a strong commitment to providing
outstanding customer service and looks forward to assisting clients
in the western suburbs of Brisbane and the Ipswich area.

and expanding our operations significantly. While we currently work
for clients all over Australia, we aim to have consultants located
in each State to better service our clients and to significantly
expand our operations in Queensland. We are actively seeking more
